Honours are even in Heybridge-Maldon derby
HEYBRIDGE SWIFTS and MALDON AND TIPTREE shared the spoils from a 1-1 draw, in today's Ryman League division one north derby at Scraley Road.
Swifts took the lead thanks to Billy Hunt's 50th-minute opener, in front of a bumper crowd of 252.
But Maldon snatched a late leveller from the penalty spot, in the 89th minute, thanks to a cool finish from Nathan Korentang.
