Essex Eagles lost by six runs at Glamorgan, in their latest Vitality T20 Blast match.
Ravi Bopara hit a superb unbeaten 45 near the end of the Eagles' innings as the match went down to the final over but it was not enough to save them from another defeat in the competition, in Cardiff.
Essex were set a target of 199 to win by the home side, with Quinn claiming three wicket and Bopara recording 2-26.
And despite Varun Chopra's 54 - his fifth half century in this season's competition, it was not enough to prevent the Eagles from crashing to another loss.
They remain rooted to the bottom of their group, with only one win to their game.
The Eagles' next game in the competition is at home to Gloucestershire, on Friday night.
