COLCHESTER United's home game against Tranmere Rovers will have to be rearranged for a second time.

The U's were due to face Keith Hill's side in a League Two clash at the JobServe Community Stadium, on Tuesday, February 16.

The game had been rearranged for that date, after the original match between the two sides was postponed for Covid-19 reasons, last month.

The match was due to be played on Tuesday week but now that is set to be called off, after Tranmere made it through to the Papa John's Trophy semi-finals.

The Wirral-based side will instead visit League One outfit Oxford United at the Kassam Stadium on February 16 in a match to be shown live on Sky Sports, meaning the game with the U's will have to be rescheduled.
