The 4x100m win helped England claim a convincing victory in Loughborough, as they clocked up 122 points.
They secured 15 victories, with runners-up Loughborough racking up 92 to finish second.
Wales, Scotland, Great Britain and Northern Ireland U20s also took part.
It was the first chance of an England vest on home soil for athletes, in nearly two years.
Jeggo is coached by Stephen Garnham and was selected for her first international vest.
She won 200m bronze at the Senior British Championships both indoors and outdoors last year and also made the 60m and 100m British finals.
In addition, the University of Essex student became the South of England indoor 200m champion.
