COLCHESTER United loanee Armando Dobra has been named in the Albania under-21 squad for their forthcoming European Championships fixtures.
Dobra, who is on loan at the U's from neighbours Ipswich Town, has been named in the squad for their home games against the Czech Republic next Friday and then England at the same venue on the following Tuesday.
Both games will be played at the Elbasan Arena.
Dobra has previously won eight U21 caps, scoring once, and will be hoping to add to that tally in the upcoming games.
The 20-year-old has made 17 league and cup appearances for Colchester since joining them on loan from Ipswich Town, in the summer transfer window.
He has made seven league starts and 11 appearances in total for the U's in League Two, scoring once.
But Dobra's last league start came on New Year's Day in Colchester's 3-1 defeat at Crawley Town, where he was taken off at half-time and replaced by Luke Chambers.
And although he started the U's Papa John's Trophy tie at Sutton United, he was withdrawn midway through the second half.
