Colne Engaine and Harwich Rangers booked their spot in the KP Evans and Co Colchester and East Essex League Great Bromley Cup final.
A Casey Campbell goal was enough for Colne Engaine as they held off Real BTS to win 1-0, while Harwich Rangers beat Brightlingsea 5-3.
Brightlingsea took the lead twice, but Rangers replied through Paul Coombs and Danny Knight, before Shane Potter headed in for a half-time advantage.
Knight made it 4-2 only for Brightlingsea to pull one back in the 80th minute, but Martin Thomas made a final place safe with a late goal.
In the premier division, leaders Wormingford hit Kirby 9-1, with two goals apiece for Lee Brooker, Dan Jeckells and Lee Meadows followed up by one each for Jon Barber, Matt Barber and Karl Hall.
Harwich and Parkeston A kept up their title challenge when beating Colchester Athletic 3-1 thanks to goals from Craig Martin (2) and John Tiniakos Snr.
Wimpole 2000 won 4-0 against Castle, but may have left it too late to do any damage to the top two in division one.
Goals from Chris Arkley, Sam Dunt, Gary Hunnable and Steve Spires grabbed all the points.
Oyster FC won 2-1 against Lawford Lads A, with Alex Washington and Alex Pacey on target, while St Ives and Ardleigh saw out a 1-1 draw.
Alex Williams was the St Ives scorer with Gary Montgomery getting Ardleigh's.
Division two had FC Clacton A winning the bottom-of-the-table battle with Monkwick Reserves as three goals for Martin Joy and one for Aston Sharp were enough to win 4-1.
The two division three title-chasers both lost in their challenge for honours.
Great Bentley A came unstuck at Bradfield, losing 3-0, where Jim Healy, Lewis Norman and Michael Sage got the goals.
Beacon Hill A's Jimmy Smith came on as a sub and sent Eastcliff home empty-handed, when he scored the only goal of the game.
