Humes must go. These tactics don’t work no matter which puppet you put in the ‘Head Coach’ role. If Cowling had a scrap of decency he’d give autonomy to Bloomfield, rather than make him the next in line paying for the failures of Humes and Co.

Whilst most businesses reduce their spans and layers of middle management Cowling packs the club out with failed ex managers in unnecessary positions for L2. Why still put money into club but stick with failing formula. Bizarre.

Doesn’t seem to matter who the head coach is or who is his assistant, or how much time they spend using our excellent training facilities; there seems to be something stopping them actually picking a team or style of play that gets the best out of the squad. Very worrying times.

Could play on for hours and not score. Club is being destroyed. We’ve rode our luck on relegation for 2 years now and I think this is it. Experienced manager was needed but once again the wrong decision was made. The club has gotten to this point by never ending wrong decisions
