WE are so close to safety, it is almost within touching distance.
One point is all that remains between us, safety and a brighter tomorrow under the Cowleys next season.
Two games, both at home left and although nothing is guaranteed, I do think it will take a massive turn of events for us to drop.

Sutton United need to get a win at MK Dons on the last day and hope we not only lose both our games, but also relinquish a seven-goal advantage.
I know it is football and crazier things have happened, I am optimistically hopeful that even we can not let this slip.
Notts County away on Saturday was a chance to get what we needed, but after an emphatic midweek win against Grimsby, it did seem we were tired and coming up against a team trying to finish their last home game of the season on a high was just a game to far for us.
We need to put that game aside and now channel every last drop of effort out of tired legs to get across the line with Doncaster and Crewe both at home this week.
We can do it will the support that has been shown recently, the crowd really are playing the part of the 12th man.
A lot of, if not all of, this new-found optimism and positivity can clearly be attributed to two individuals - Danny and Nicky Cowley.
While the results on the pitch have improved, it is more the connection they have brought back around the club.
They added another layer to this at last week's annual fans' forum.
It was an opportunity that us as fans get once a season to meet with Robbie Cowling, the manager and others in the higher echelons of the club to voice our views and try to get an answer to anything we maybe wondering.
We may not get the answers we want – such as no Twix bars for sale in the concourse due to a supplier change – but all there will answer as honestly and as openly as they can.

While I am sure you have seen in reports and on social media some of the questions and answers that were given, for me it was the first part and the presentation by Danny and Nicky that really stood out.
It was a chance to get to hear and understand a small part of what makes them tick, how they see the club moving forward and what they expect from their teams.
I'm sure for some the week programme they showed revealing what goes on behind the scenes and how much goes into those 90 minutes we see on the pitch that maybe some had not known before was an eye opener.
It also hits home how invested they are in the club and the passion that they bring.
These are two individuals who live, eat and breathe football.
In all honesty, if they can not change the club's fortunes then we might as well just turn out the lights, lock the doors and take up golf - which could work as I am sure Robbie Cowling mentioned he owns a golf club once or twice.
All joking aside, it was a good evening and one that made most fans confident that going forward the club will be on the up and next season will be better.
Of course, there is the slight issue of 180 minutes of this season left.
Let's get behind the lads for every single minute remaining and finish on a high, as we finally put this season to bed.
Up the U’s.
