COLCHESTER United claimed their first League Two win in two months when they won 1-0 at Grimsby Town, on Saturday afternoon.
JK Gordon's strike late in the second half helped the U's seal all three points, at a rain-soaked Blundell Park.
More than 200 U's fans had an early start and made the trip to Grimsby to see their side's victory - here are the supporters' views.

A really solid away performance. Fronted them up from the first minute. Probably could have had more if we’d made better decisions when in behind them, but we kept going and pushed them back right to minute 97. That centre back pairing has to start from now on though!
James Bruce
A good 3 points away from home. Hopefully this will kickstart our season
Adam
Really pleased with how we lined up and we were on it from the very first minute. Pitch and weather conditions didn't really help otherwise we would have scored more than one. Very pleased with our first away win of the season. Onto Fleetwood!!
James Leslie
I think they will finish in the top 12 for the 1st time in long time
Martin Clifton
Hilarious! Same as all our recent games!! Could easily have lost! Could easily have won! We are the Mighty Col U Better to be lucky than good.
Duncan Stonehouse
Fully deserved all 3 points. Little things haven’t gone our way so far this season, and when their forward got clear in the 95th min I feared the worst, but Macey stood up to it and that clean sheet is huge not just for him but all the back 4
David Clayton
Impressive resilience. The back 4 were excellent and should be first choice going forward. Horrible conditions for a GK today but Macey was rock solid. Midfield worked hard and didn’t allow Grimsby any time on the ball
Steve Duckling
A good solid back 4 today & we need to stop swapping & changing unnecessarily. I see a better defence without Flanagan in it, not vocal enough for a capt. Good gritty win and contrasting views from both managers. David Artell the more delusional. He thinks we created 1 chance!
Si Collinson
Everything went well today. A decent win in difficult conditions. Made the hyperthermia worth it. Now to do the same again next weekend with the long trip to Fleetwood.
