Kevin Lisbie is attracting strong interest from League One club Millwall.
The Colchester United forward, on-loan from Ipswich Town, will return to his parent club at the end of the season, but is expected to be sold in the summer.
He has another year left on his contract at Portman Road, and there were various clubs targeting him in the January transfer window, including Southampton, who instead signed Southend United’s Lee Barnard.
Millwall boss Kenny Jackett has admitted Lisbie, who has scored 12 goals for the U’s this season and was sent-off last night, is on his summer wish-list.
He said: “We will have to see what happens with Kevin Lisbie.
“My scouts are looking at the market for me and we need to know who is out of contract and available.
“We contacted Ipswich when we had a lot of players out injured, but since then others have come in or come back and got fit.”
