Colchester United are due a high-scoring win soon, according to boss Aidy Boothroyd.
The promotion-chasing U’s travel to play Hartlepool United at Victoria Park this afternoon.
Colchester have won only one of their last ten games, in Coca-Cola League One.
However, boss Boothroyd feels his side are creating more than enough opportunities to beat teams.
Boothroyd said: “We believe that we can beat anyone - top, middle or bottom.
“Now we have to convert the pressure we’re having into goals.
“Someone will get a real hiding soon.
“Nobody gets an easy game against Colchester United.
“They know they have been in a game when they play against us.
“It’s really important that we finish the job, because no-one will want to play against us - they’ll want to avoid us.
“Charlton was a knock-back but we’re still in there.”
