Tough-tackling Colchester United defender George Elokobi has insisted he will not change.
The exciting 20-year-old has started both of the U's opening Coca-Cola Championship games of the season at left-back.
However, he faces a suspension later this month, after being sent off for the reserves in the Pontins Cup clash with Cheltenham Town last week and a yellow card on Tuesday night.
Elokobi will miss the U's League games against West Bromwich Albion and Derby County, in addition to the Carling Cup clash at Milton Keynes Dons.
But despite the ban hanging over him, the youngster from Cameroon insists he will not alter his all-action style.
He told the Evening Gazette: "That's football. It's disappointing to be suspended but I can't take my tackling away from my game."
