Walsh told the Aldershot Town website: “I’m happy to sign on and I’m looking forward to the opportunity this coming year.”
Walsh joined AFC Sudbury’s academy Youth Development Programme at the start of the under-16 age group, having previously been with Colchester United.
He played a full season with the club’s under-16s in the Eastern Junior Alliance and started 14 games for their under-18 league team.
Walsh also experienced Thurlow Nunn League first division football, making four appearances whilst still under-16.
He then joined the club’s full-time academy and played across all teams within their pathway.
Aldershot finished eighth in the National League last season and begin the new season with a home game against Forest Green Rovers, on August 10.
