The team is an eclectic bunch with many differing strengths. 

It shows how that a players most important strength can be the physical aspects. 

But mental strength and the ability to adapt accordingly can be a player’s greatest asset.

There are two trials at the start of the year, one to find those with the potential to excel. 

With the second for the best of the best, the cream of the crop. 

There is high standard, so players are always bringing their A-game. 

The first few practices are welcoming in new faces and adjusting to the game's demands  

The team is split into game ready people, alongside those who can work on their skills. 

With mixed games approaching the team requires 3 girls and 3 boys for the team. 

Players have a range of experience from just inside college to elite external teams. 

Your coach is your biggest cheerleader, with the best intentions for his players. 

Know that your critiques are tailored to your areas of improvement. 

After your farewells, know you can use your skills to utilise your future performance.
